Natural Arena Ice or depending on slab it could be Black Ice
This season, why not save money on white paint and keep your rink with natural ice, allowing all skaters to better see what they are doing! White paint has only been used since 1949 to aid in seeing the puck on NHL televised broadcasts. If you do not broadcast NHL hockey games from your rink, you have nothing to lose by trying natural ice for a season and just paint the lines, goal crease etc. and add some Figure 8 and other Art of Skating shapes (we can help you do it efficiently and effectively)!
